Buahahaha, the letter i received from the Conduct Coordinator:

Dear Emil,

The prupose of this letter is to document that you met with mee on Monday, October 13, 2003, upon my request to discuss your possible involvement in policy violation/s of water fight and related matters on Saturday October 11, 2003.

During our meeting you said that you were bored so a group of you all chipped in and bought a water balloon launcher and then lauched balloons from the D building balcony towards F building. I asked if you felt that action was a violation of the water fight policy and you said you did. I then explained that it was disturbing to residents in F building and had you broken any windows that you would be responsible. I then informed you of your sanction(s) as outlined below.

The post below was not me, it was shoefoo. Anyway developments on my front...hmm where to start. Ok my major is international relations, i have 15 units my classes are as follows: Geography, International Relations (Pol 3), American Gov (Pol 1), and Psycology. Basically im going to take over the world by some strange mind manipulation thing-y. Ok i didnt wanna post these things earlier b/c i feared someone from the dorm would read them and show them to the RA and wed get busted, but since we already got busted, who cares?! Anywho, i said we should buy a waterballoon slingshot, b/c my bro bought one in sb, and a few people chipped in for it so we all paid and we had a slingshot and were happy. We initially were planning on shooting people who were just walking around...but for all you people who know me, things tend to get outta hand. Our first major incident (which we did not get caught for) was when one girl in my dorm, anamica, shot a balloon from the third floor of our building at "C" building which is about 30 feet away. we told her not to aim for the window, but she did and the window was open and the balloon went clear through, and we assumed it nailed the guys desktop. who knows what happened we ran. so we cooled down for like...3 days. then we were back at it. it was a dandy friday night and there were people in the parking lot getting ready to go to a party...and they hopped in their car...and were driving away...and *wham* their hood got nailed. we ran, the RA came up and asked what that loud noise was (the car also honked 3 times) and one of our hallmates who had no clue what we hit said that her tortilla in her microwave popped...and we were clear. a couple hours later we were back at it and were aiming at "F" building which is about...oh ill say 80 feet away and we hit the wall a few times, the guys on the third floor were startled and all. yay. we stopped. sat night we...yeah. well F building had it coming and we shot another 50 or so balloons at them nailing the window a few times startling the guys. we had it all planned out, shoot within 5 seconds, pull back off the balcony, cellphone to lookouts in the rooms to tell us what the guys were doing, guys left cellphone back saying clear, and next balloon. now we knew the guys in F building assumed it was our building (D) b/c theyd point every so often, but what we didnt know is that they had a video camera and were recording us shooting them. Sunday: we had it coming. RA comes downstairs and gets pissed off tells us the whole building gets documented for waterballoons and yells, someone told her Paul, my hallmate, had the slingshot, she wrote him up on monday (today). yeehaw monday we decided to stay as a group and 6 of us went in to the violations coordinator or whatever he is and we all got written up, instead of having just paul take the blame. all in all 11 of us were written up, 10 from our building, and one from quarto. yes...we did shot/throw a lot of balloons...about 150 total. and we paid for it. lol and thats my college life so far! yay! come on everyone, "yay!"
